Goatdog's Movies (Michael W. Phillips, Jr.)
Although it inspired a series of sequels, this film is no low-budget, low-talent programmer. Oddly enough, it's the ancestor of today's wisecrack-a-minute action film, but it seems innovative (likely because it was).
